git

git is a distributed version control system that software developers use to manage collaboration. It is interesting as the tool guides and influences the technology development process, but also because git is a cool tool that makes it possible to do a lot of awesome things other than manage source code revisions.

I've written a wiki page on writing with git, and I wrote a rhizome called "?git readd and git alias" about a bit of code that I cobbled together that I've called git-readd. More will follow here as I write more.
